Q: How do I get started?
A: Fill out the required fields under the SUBMIT tab.
Q: Do you provide the liquor, beer and wine?
A: No. Client provides all alcohol.
Q: What exactly do I need to provide for my event?
A: We ask you to provide the following items: alcohol, mixers (sodas & juices) and ice. Also, please be sure venue provides bar table/bar station for service as well as coolers for chilled drinks.
Q: How do I know what alcohol to buy or how much?
A: That's what our complimentary beverage-service consultation will cover. We will go over guest count and popular products that are must-have's at the event.
Q: What forms of payment are acceptable?
A: Electronic (Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, GooglePay), cash or checks. All major credit/debit cards are accepted but will be charged a 2% processing fee.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes. Mandatory deposit due within 24 hours of signed agreement in order to complete booking.
Q: How do I know my booking is confirmed?
A: Confirmations will be sent via email.
Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
A: No. You may express gratuity either by allowing the bartender to display a tip jar on the bar, or simply provide a generous one-time cash tip at the end of the event.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Absolutely. We are certified and insured with a general liability policy & a liquor liability policy provided by FLIP Insurance.
Q: My venue is asking for a COI? What is that?
A: It's a certificate of insured, meaning our insurance company will cover your venue in case of any liabilities. We are able to issue a COI to any venue.
Q: What does your set-up fee cover?
A: Our $40 one-time set up fee covers arrival of 1-2 hours earlier to setup and 30 minutes after to clean.
Q: What if I have to extend my event?
A: Normal hourly price will continued to be charged per additional hour(s).
Q: What's the ratio for guests per bartender?
A: 1 bartender per 100 guests. We have skilled bartenders who are highly trained to handle volume at an efficient speed.
Q: Do you travel? If so, is there an additional fee?
A: There is a $75 flat-fee for events & venues that are located more than 50 miles from our office in Orlando, FL zip code 32802.
