Visit our Packages & Pricing tab to review all options. Then, head to our SUBMIT tab and send us the deets on your event!
Our team will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm the details of your event (including availability and location), send out the agreement to sign and ultimately book your event! Additionally, your deposit with Elites & Bottles will be due as well. DEPOSIT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF SIGNED AGREEMENT
Our team will then set up a consultation date to go over the entire event and plan out every aspect of the bar, including getting you a shopping list of what to buy. Keep in mind, our team is available around the clock to answer any & all your questions before the big day.
On event day, our bartender(s) will arrive 1-2 hours earlier to begin setting up the bar. This includes putting out napkins, cups and straws, filling working-wells with ice, chilling beers/white wines (if necessary), cutting fruit, and displaying all items for service. FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE EVENT DAY PRIOR TO EVENT STARTING TIME
